Welcome to Green Tech, a Thirdrez Lab Brand. By accessing or using our digital products, participating in the 'Inner Circle' drops, or interacting with our 3D metaverse goods, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Virtual Goods & Refund Policy

All products sold by Green Tech are intended for use inside the Second Life Metaverse. Due to the digital and instantly deliverable nature of our goods (which include adult and general items):

• All sales are strictly final.
• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances for copyable digital items.
• Please verify product compatibility and read all descriptions fully before completing any transaction on the Marketplace or in-world.

3. Licensing and Technology

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the provided digital assets in Second Life. Any underlying scripts, animations, or proprietary technology—including but not limited to the Kinetiq Engine and Thirdrez tech—are licensed to you, not sold.

This license is strictly non-transferable. You may not reverse engineer, unbundle, distribute, or otherwise exploit this technology outside of its intended scope of use.

4. Linden Lab Tos Compliance

Green Tech operates within the Second Life environment. All users are strictly required to comply with Linden Lab's Terms of Service and Community Standards. Any actions violating their terms while using our products are solely your responsibility.

Green Tech provides mature content; ensure your account settings and regional access align with Second Life governance.
